Vegan Blueberry Muffins

Ingredients
1/4 cup Earth Balance Buttery Spread, softened1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce1/2 tsp. salt1 cup sugar1 cup organic oat flour1 cup organic unbleached white flour1 Tblsp. baking powder1 tsp. vanilla extract1/2 cup soy, rice or unsweetened vanilla almond milk2 cups fresh blueberries (or frozen, thawed)
Directions
Preheat oven to 350* F. Line muffin cups with paper liners or spray with nonstick spray. Mix all ingredients together until moistened. Divide batter evenly among the muffin cups. (each should be filled 3/4 full). Bake 35 minutes or until tops are firm. Cool on wire rack.
