Basic Waffles

Ingredients
2 cups all-purpose flour2 teaspoons sugar1 tablespoon baking powder1/2 teaspoon salt1 3/4 cups nonfat milk6 tablespoons vegetable oil2 large eggs
Directions
Sift and mix together dry ingredients (flour, sugar, baking powder, salt) in bowl and set aside.
Beat eggs and oil in large bowl until fluffy.
Add milk and continue to beat the mixture.
Slowly add dry mixture to wet ingredients until well-mixed and smooth.
Let mixture stand for at least five (5) minutes before baking the waffles in your waffle maker.

Serving Size: Makes approximately 9 6" waffles
