Baked Potato Chedder Soup

Ingredients
*Flour, white, 1/3 cupMilk, 1%, 3 cup *2Potato, cubed, cooked (I micorowave 10 min) and mash up slightly.Cheddar Cheese, shredded 1/3 cupSalt, 1/2 tsp.Pepper, black, 1/4 tspSour Cream, reduced fat, 1/2 cupOnions, raw, 1/cupBacon, 2 medium slices, cooked
Directions
In a large saucepan, whisk flour and milk until smooth. Bring to a boil and cook and stir for 2 min or until thickened. Stir in the potatoes, 1/3 cup cheese , salt and pepper. Cook over medium heat for 2-3 minutes

Remove from heat. Stir in sour cream and 1/4 cup onions. Cover; cook over medium heat for 10 minutes (do not boil). Garnish with remaining cheese, onions and bacon if desired.
