Cabbage and Sausage

Ingredients
1 lg head cabbage1 med onion, chopped2 pkg venison/pork sausage, sliced1 T olive oilWaterTony's Salt Free Seasoning, to taste
Directions
1. Heat 1 T olive oil in 5 qt. pan
2. Add chopped onion to oil. Saute' until clear
3. Add sausage to pot. Brown sausage
4. Add cabbage and seasoning to pot. May need to add a little cabbage at a time until wilted enough
5. Cover cabbage with water
6. Cook 45 minutes until cabbage is tender. Serve over rice.
