Turkey & Wild Rice Soup

Ingredients
1 cup wild rice, uncooked2.5 cups water2 cans cream of potato soup, prepared10 oz. cooked turkey breast, shredded or chopped1 laughing cow light french onion wedge
Directions
In a 3 qt. saucepan, bring water to a boil and add wild rice. Cover and simmer on low heat for 45 minutes or until cooked. Take the pan off the heat and add the canned soup, adding the two canfuls of skim milk as directed on the can. Add in turkey and the cheese wedge. Stir, cover, and cook over medium heat for 10 minutes until cheese is melted and soup is heated througout.
