1 cup rice flour¾ cup beet juice2 tbsp olive oil
Directions
Mix flour and oil.
Add juice in small increments, stirring.
Knead until a supple dough ball forms.
If pre-baking, prick crust and place in oven for 30 minutes, at 350°F
