Pig Out Soup

Ingredients
1/2 c. sliced carrots1/4 c. diced onions2 cloves minced garlic3 c. fat free chicken broth2 c. chopped cabbage1 c. spinach1 T. tomato paste1/2 t. dried basil1/4 t. dried oregano1/4 t. salt
Directions
Spray large saucepan with nonstick cooking spray, heat. Saute' the carrot, onion and garlic over low heat until softened, about 5 minutes. Add broth, cabbage, spinach, tomato paste, basil, oregano and salt and bring to a boill. Reduce heat, simmer, covered, about 15 minutes. Serve hot.
