Quick and Simple Meatballs

Ingredients
1 1/2 pounds extra lean ground beef3/4 cup oats, quick or old fashioned uncooked1/2 cup chopped onion1/2 cup tomato sauce1 egg1/2 tsp salt1/4 tsp pepper1 clove garlic
Directions
Heat oven to 400. Combine all ingredients, mix well. Shape into 1-inch balls. Place on shallow pan. Bake 18-20 minutes until they are done. Cook in your favorite sauce.
