Cheesy Grits

Ingredients
1 cup cheddar cheese1/4 cup cream of rice cereal1 tab butter1 1/2 cup water
Directions
Heat water in a non stick pan to boiling. Add butter then cream of rice. Cook 1 minute then add the cheese stirring until it melts and cereal is thickened- about 4 minutes. 3 servings.
