22 ounces lean ground beef7 melba rounds1 large egg1/2 cup 1% cottage cheese1/4 cup diced dill pickle1/4 cup of ketchup1 tbsp. deli mustard2 tsp minced garlic
Directions
Divide meetloaf into 9 portions using muffin pan. Cook for 30 Minutes at 350 degrees.
