2 California Avacados1/2 LimeSofrito
Cut the Avacados in half, and remove the seed. Scoop out the fruit, and put in a bowl. Mash avacado fruit in either a blender or food processor, or if soft enough with a fork. Add 1/2 of lime juice, freshly squeezed. Add 2-3 tbsp of Sofrito. (Sofrito and lime juice to taste)
Mix and let sit.
