3 - medium stalks - Celery, raw 2 - small stalks - Celery, raw, 1 - small Sweet potato1/2 - Cucumber (with peel)2 - small Roma Tomatos1 - whole Grapefruit, fresh, pink and red, (peeled with white pith still on)1 - medium Lemon (whole)1 - large Apple - Honeycrisp 1 - crown Broccoli, fresh4 - large Carrots, raw, 1 - 2" (inch) slice Ginger Root1 - medium Beets fresh (with skin on) 1/2 block - soft Tofu1 bunch - Spinach, fresh2 scoops Super Green Food Powder
Clean all fruits and vegetables thoroughly, process through in the juicer (everything except tofu and powder).
Pour juice into a 2 quart container. In a bullet or blender, put some of the juice, all the tofu and the two scoops of Super Green Food powder - process on "Food processor" or "blend" mode until fully blended.
Pour contents of blended items into the 2 quart container - stir until well blended...ENJOY!
