Vegetable Low Mein

Ingredients
2 cups of chopped cabbage (Green)1 large onion quartered and then quartered again1 cup of chopped carrots1 tsp garlic powder1/2 of 16 oz box of spaghetti3/4 cup of Teriyaki Marinade or cooking sauce1/4 tsp of GingerSalt to taste1 tbsp Olive Oil1/2 cup water
Directions
Boil spaghetti while you prep the vegetables. Drain the spaghetti and pour olive oil in the bottom. Add carrots and onion. Stir Sprinkle garlic powder and ginger stir. When onions start to soften, add cabbage and 1/2 cup of water. Cover and let steam for 1-2 min. Then add cooked spaghetti and teriyaki marinade. Continue to stir until most liquid has dissolved. Add salt to taste.
