Ingredients
2 lbs. Ground Turkey1 chopped onion1 chopped green bell pepper1 chopped celery stalk2 24-oz cans chopped tomatoes2 10 oz cans Rotel1 head cabbage chopped
Directions
Brown turkey with taco seasoning, chopped onion, chopped bell pepper, and chopped celery.

Add canned tomatoes, Rotel, and chopped cabbage.

Let simmer for 45 minutes or until cooked to desired doneness.
