Red Potato, 100 grams(remove)Carrots, raw, 2 medium(remove)Ham, extra lean, (5% fat), 1 cup, diced(remove)Onions, raw, 1 small(remove)Flour 3 TBSP, 1 tbsp(remove)Milk, nonfat, 1 cup(remove)*1 bay leaf, 1 serving(remove)Salt, .5 tsp(remove)Thyme, ground, .25 tsp(remove)Pepper, black, .2 tsp(remove)
Combine potatoes, carrots, ham, water,onion bay leaf, saltr, thyme and pepper. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer until vegetables are tender. In a small bowl, combine the flour and the milk until smooth. Stir into stew, Bring to a boil and cook for 2 min or until thickened.
