Michael's Peanut Butter Fudge

Ingredients
1 cup (16 Tbsp) smooth peanut butter1 cup (16 Tbsp) salted, sweet cream butter1 pound (453 grams) powdered sugar1 tsp vanilla extract
Directions
1) Melt peanut butter and butter in large microwave bowl, mix well
2) Stir in powdered sugar and vanilla extract, make sure it will combined
3) Put into 8x8 pan, flatten and smooth out. For easier removal, line pan with wax paper
4) Refrigerate or freeze until solid
5) Remove from pan and slice on a chopping board - should not be soft or liquid
