15 Bean Soup

Ingredients
1 bag Hurst's 15 Bean Soup4 tbsp dried onion flakes (or fresh diced onion)1-2 tbsp celery seed1 24oz can diced tomatoes2 c frozen spinach1 c frozen green beans
Directions
Cook beans per directions on bag, plus onion and celery to make flavorful broth.
Simmer till beans are soft (4-5 hours).
Add tomatoes, spinach, and green beans.
Simmer another 15-30 minutes, till frozen veggies are hot.
Serve. Enjoy!
