Asian Whole Wheat Noodle Salad

Ingredients
8 oz whole wheat spaghetti (dry weight)half brick (8 oz) extra firm tofu diced 1.5 t. sesame oil3 T rice vinegar4 T soy sauce2 T canola oil3 cups shredded cabbage1 large shredded carrot1 red pepper julienned6 stalks of green onion3 T chopped cashews (peanuts would also work)2 T toasted sesame seeds
Directions
Cook and drain spaghetti. Stir together sesame oil, rice vinegar, soy sauce, and canola oil in a large bowl. Then add remaining ingredients, toss, and serve.
