4 Chicken Breasts, no skinCanned whole berry cranberry sauce, 3 cupsApples, 2 cup choppedRaisins, 1 cup (not packed)Walnuts, .5 cup pieces or chips Curry powder, 2 tbsp
Bake chicken for 30 minutes at 350 degrees Fahrenheit. While chicken is baking, mix together cranberry sauce, chopped apples, raisins, walnuts, and curry powder. Evenly distribute mixture on top of chicken. Return to oven for another 30 minutes. Serve immediately with couscous, noodles, or rice and with a green vegetable like broccoli, spinach, green beans or Brussel sprouts.
