Marmalade Pork

Ingredients
675 lean pork filletSalt and pepper1 tbs oil1/2 pt orange juice4 tbs creme fraiche1 tbs wholegrain mustard2 tbs orange marmalade2 tsp cornflour
Directions
Heat oil in large pan and brown pork on both sides. Set meat aside and keep warm.
Stir orange juice into pan and turn heat to low
Mix together the creme fraiche, mustard, marmalade and cornflour then whisk into orange juice a tablespoon at a time. Bring to boil while stirring.
Return pork to pan and simmer until meat is cooked through, about 10 minutes
