Creamy Pesto Chicken Florentine

1/2 Tbsp olive oil2 garlic cloves, minced2 boneless skinless chicken breast halves1 C. fresh spinach leaves1 Tbsp prepared pesto sauce1 C. cooked penne pasta4 Tbsp fat free sour cream1 Tbsp grated parmesan cheese
Heat oil, add garlic, saute 1 min. Add chicken, cook about 5-7 min on each side. Remove chicken, let sit for 5 min. Cut into strips, return to pan, add spinach. Cook together for about 3 min.
Mix sour cream and pesto together, add to pan. Combine all ingredients with cooked pasta, toss to mix.
Top with cheese, serve.
