Ingredients
1 Cup Frozen berries .75 Cup Frozen peaches (or another fruit)1 medium banana2 cups raw baby spinach5 cup nonfat vanilla Greek yogurt.25 cup skim milk
Directions
Put ingredients into a blender, frozen items first. Blend until desired consistency. Add water or milk if you like it thinner.
