Ingredients
Pineapple, fresh, 3 cup, diced Green Peppers (bell peppers), 1. cup, chopped Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped *White Rice, medium grain, .5 cup *Soy Sauce, 4 tbsp Carrots, raw, 1 cup, chopped Broccoli, fresh, 1 cup, chopped Garlic, 3 cloves Chicken Breast, no skin, 8 ounces Ginger, ground, 1 tbsp Orange Juice, .5 cup
Directions
Put everything in crockpot and cook on low 6 hours
