Ingredients
pork 2-3.5 lb (this recipe calcs calories using 3.5)1C water3/4 C red wine1 packet lipton soup secrets onion dry mix 3tbsp soy sauce (low sodium)5 cloves garlic (to taste)pepper
Directions
put pork in crock pot, sprinkle soup mix on top. Pour water, wine, and soy sauce on top. cover pork with minced garlic and some fresh cracked pepper. Cook on low for 4-6 hours depening on size of pork.
