Ingredients
200grams Chicken Gizzards or Hearts and Gizzards100grams Fresh sliced or whole mushrooms 50grams fresh sliced onion1tbsp Grapeseed oil1tbsp low sodium soy sauce1tbsp Worcestershire sauceonion powder to taste garlic salt to tasteMrs Dash to tastepepper flake to taste
Directions
Start the Gizzards in the oil add garlic and onion powders. After about 5 min add the mushrooms and onions. Splash in soy & Worcestershire sauces and stir. Add the Mrs Dash and Pepper Flakes continue to cook until the liquids have cooked down stirring often.

    Chicken Gizzards are tough. So not going to be too palatable unless the gizzards are boiled in some broth or water for about an hour. But otherwise, a very nice recipe. I've added to my favorites and will make the modifications. - 7/15/12
