green bean, orange and olive salad

Ingredients
4 cups of green beans, with the ends trimmed1 cup of pitted green olives5 clementines, peeled, pith removed and segmented (or 4 oranges, just make sure to slice them in half) 2 tbsp honey2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil3 tbsp balsamic vinegarsalt and pepper to taste
Directions
mix the honey, vinegar, olive oil and black pepper together and set aside.

boil green beans in salted water for 3 minutes, then drain and rinse with cold water. toss remaining ingredients together with dressing.

Serving Size: makes 4-5 side servings.
