salsa beef and rice

Ingredients
2 lb Ground beef, extra lean,2 tbls Olive Oil2 large Onions, raw1 tbsp Chili powder, 2 cup Brown Rice, long grain, 2 cup Water 4 cup Salsa4 cup Beans, black2 cup Yellow Sweet Corn2 tbls Cilantro1 cup Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk
Directions
brown beef and spices in pressure cooker on browning.
add salsa, water, rice and pressure cook on high for 8min.
release pressure and add corn, black beans and cook until heated on browning.
serve with cheese ontop.
