Ginger Flank Steak Stir-Fry

1 4-pound flank steak, sliced thin strips2 med yellow bell peppers, cut into strips2 med red bell peppers, cut into strips2 med orange bell peppers, cut into strips2 med green bell peppers, cut into strips2 med onions, cut into strips1 T honey1 T ginger, ground2 T lite soy sauce2 T lite teriyaki sauce2 T Worchestershire sauce2 T garlic, minced2 T sesame seeds1 c water1 T Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1. Mix honey, ginger, soy sauce, teriyaki, Worchestershire, garlic and sesame seeds in a small bowl. Set aside.
2. Heat olive oil in a 5 quart Wok (or large skillet).
3. Add the sliced bell peppers and onion. Cook until tender; stirring occasionally (about 6 minutes or less depending on how you like your veggies).
4. Add flank steak. Cook until brown (about 3 minutes)
5. After vegetables are tender and steak is brown, add sauce and water. Mix well.
6. Cook for another 4 minutes or until sauce thickens.
7. Remove from heat and serve over brown rice
