Ingredients
Quinoa, 1 serving =.25 cup Brown Rice, long grain, .25 cupBarley, pearled, raw, .25 cupBulgar wheat, .25 cupYellow Sweet Corn, Canned, 1 can (12 oz)Red Pepper Clakes
Directions
Place Rice, Quinoa, Barley & Buckwheat to rice cooker. Add 2 cups of water. Cook. Add corn with juice & pepper flakes near end of cook cycle. Serve.
