Lentil Soup (E diet recipe)

Ingredients
2 cups dry lentils2 quarts chicken broth1 onion, diced1/4 cup tomato paste2 cloves garlic, minced1 TBSP ground cumin
Directions
In a large sauce pan combine all ingredients.
Bring to a boil, then reduce heat, cover & simmer until lentils are soft (approx 30 to 45 minutes).
Serve with a squeeze of lemon.
