2 tbsp of Dijon Mustard4 tbsp of Apple Cider Vinegar (Instead of Apple Cider Vinegar you can use lemon or lime juice)1/2 cup olive oil Salt and pepper to tasteYou can also add minced garlic, minced onions, any kind of homegrown fresh herb that you like, such as: oregano, basil, parsley, etc. Also if you add 1/4 cup non-fat yogurt you can use the mixture instead of mayonnaise.
