Easy to transform Salad Dressing

Ingredients
2 tbsp of Dijon Mustard4 tbsp of Apple Cider Vinegar (Instead of Apple Cider Vinegar you can use lemon or lime juice)1/2 cup olive oil Salt and pepper to tasteYou can also add minced garlic, minced onions, any kind of homegrown fresh herb that you like, such as: oregano, basil, parsley, etc. Also if you add 1/4 cup non-fat yogurt you can use the mixture instead of mayonnaise.
Directions

Just mix the Dijon mustard and the vinegar (or lemon or lime juice), then slowly whisk in the olive oil. Then you can add in whatever other ingredient you want.
