Ingredients
Pork Tenderloin, 8 oz (remove) *4C Carb Careful Plain Breadcrumbs, 0.5 cup (remove) Egg, fresh, 1 large (remove)
Directions
Cut the pork into bite-size chunks. Beat eggs. Dip pork chunks into egg and then into the bread crumbs and put on a pan. Once all nuggets are breaded, put in 400 degree oven for 20 minutes.
