Bean soup

Ingredients
Beans, black, .25 cup Beans, pinto, .25 cup Beans, red kidney, .25 cup Beans, white, .25 cup Chickpeas (garbanzo beans), .25 cup Split Peas, .25 cup Barley, pearled, raw, .5 cup Water, tap, 2 quartGarlic, 8 cloves 1 can diced tomatoes Mixed Vegetables, frozen, 1 package (10 oz) Salt Pork (cured pork), 10 oz
Directions
Soak the beans over night.

Drain the beans, and then put in a 6 quart pot and cover with 2 quarts water and garlic. Simmer for 2 1/2 hours.

Dice and render the salt pork. Add it, the split peans, barley, tomatoes, and veggies to the beans and simmer for another 30 minutes.
