Microwave Hot Fudge Pudding Cake

Ingredients
1.25 cups splenda1 cup flour7 T unsweetened baking cocoa2 tsp baking powder.25 tsp salt.33 cup canola oil1.5 tsp vanilla.5 cup packed brown sugar2 T chocolate chips1.25 cups hot water
Directions
Mix .75 cup splenda, flour, 3 T cocoa, baking powder, salt, canola oil, and vanilla together. Place in a 2 quart glass casserole dish or bowl. Sprinkle with chocolate chips. Mix remaining splenda and cocoa with brown sugar together sprinkle over top of chocolate chips. Pour hot water over top of mixture. DO NOT MIX. Place casserole dish in microwave and cook for 5 to 6 minutes on high. Let sit in microwave for 3 minutes. Then serve with the sauce ladled over top.
