Healty Stuffed peppers with venison (or ground beef)

Ingredients
Green Peppers (bell peppers), 8 peppers*Spaghetti/Marinara Sauce , 4 cup brown rice cooked*Velveeta Cheese Product, 4 oz *Venison, ground, 20 oz Garlic, 2 tsp Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped Olive Oil
Directions
brown venison (or ground beef) in olive oil add onion and cook until onions are soft. Add spaghetti sauce , rice, and garlic. Top and Core the peppers leaving a large whole in the top. Stuff with ground beef mixture and top with a small piece of velveeta cheese. Bake for 30-45 minutes.
