Quick "Pickled" Radish Greens

Ingredients
Leaves from 1 bunch of radishes, washed & drained2 Tbsp plain rice vinegar1/2 Tbsp fish sauce1/2 tsp sesame oilI also sometimes add a little Mirin, but it's optional and not included in the recipe calculation here.
Directions
Wash & drain the radish leaves; discard any that are yellowing or otherwise don't look tasty. Sprinkle with remaining ingredients, stir a little to make sure all the leaves are coated, and chill for an hour or more.
