Ingredients
chicken--pre-cooked and shredded2 peppers (different colors)1 sm onionHerdez Verde salsa, one bottleextra virgin Olive Oil
Directions
Saute onions and peppers in olive oil until soft. Add pre-cooked, shredded chicken and heat through. Add salsa and bring to a simmer. Ensure all ingredients are thoroughly mixed.
Serving Size: Makes 8 servings

May be served with tortillas, but they are not included in the nutritional information. Is Gluten Free if gluten free salsa used. Mine is.
