Ingredients
1 can Progresso Vegetable Classics Soup Creamy Mushroom12 oz Chicken Breast, cooked and chopped1/2 cup Bell Peppers, chopped1/2 cup Sweet Onions1/2 cup Pimentos, chopped1 cup Peas, frozen
Directions
Heat saucepan (4 qt) over medium heat. Spray liberally w/olive oil cooking spray. Cook bell pepper and onion for approximately five minutes, stirring occassionally, until tender. Add soup, peas, pimentos, and chicken. Cook, uncovered, until sauce reaches desired consistency. Serve over choice of gluten free toast, wrap, biscuit, rice, etc.

Serving Size: Makes four 1 cup servings.
