1/4 cup Blueberries1/4 cup Bananas, sliced1/4 cup Pomegranites1/2 cup Apple Juice, Unsweetened1 Cup Fat-Free Vanilla Yogurt1 TBSP Lecithin Granules
Measure each fruit, and directly place into blender. Measure lecithin, Apple juice and yogurt and add to blender. Blend until smooth. Add a straw. Drink it up before games! ENJOY!
