Ingredients
Ingredients:Egg, fresh, 1 large (remove)Butter, salted, 1 pat (1" sq, 1/3" high) (remove)Light Cream (coffee cream or table cream), 1 tbsp (remove)Red Ripe Tomatoes, 1 Italian tomato (remove)Green Peppers (bell peppers), .3 cup, strips (remove)Cream Cheese, 1 tbsp, whipped (remove)*BacOs Bacon Bits, 1.5 tbsp (remove)
Directions
Saute tomato and pepper chopped in butter. Scramble eggs with cream, and salt and pepper. Toss in and cook until set. Add bacon bits and dollops of cream cheese. Warm through and serve.
