slow cooked whole chicken

Ingredients
1 whole 4-5lb chicken1.5 TBSP kosher salt1 TBSP black pepper1tsp garlic powder1tsp onion powder1/2 yellow onion3 celery sticks14 baby carrots
Directions
Cut the onion and clery in big pieces and put on botton of crock pot. Place carrots in crock pot
Wash and dry the chicken inside and out. Mix salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder together. Rub the mixture all over the inside and outside of the chicken. Place the chicen in the crock pot on top of the vegis. Cook on low for up to 8 hours or ontil chicken is done.
