Red wine vinegar chicken

Ingredients
1 cup Balsamic Vinegar 1 cup Vegetable Broth 2 Red Ripe Tomatoes 1 tbsp Olive Oil, 1/4 fresh Parsley 5 boneless, skinless Chicken Breasts
Directions
Saute chicken in olive oil. Add vinegar and broth to de-glaze. Reduce to simmer and allow chicken to cook in the sauce until no longer pink. Serve with fresh, chopped parsley on top.
