Turkey, egg and cheese salad

Ingredients
3 cups romaine lettuce, shredded2 large hard boiled eggs, sliced3 slices turkey breast meat, cut into matchsticks1/2 red bell pepper, chopped1 tbsp red onion, choppedsplash of cider vinegar (optional)4 slices low-fat cheddar, cut into matchsticks1.5 tbsp bacon bits2 tbsp light caesar salad dressing, store-boughtSalt and pepper to taste
Directions
In a large bowl, mix romaine, red bell pepper and onion with the dressing, toss to coat. Add a splash of cider vinegar if desired, mix. Arrange on two plates, and layer eggs, turkey breast, and cheddar over lettuce. Sprinkle bacon bits over eggs. Season with salt and pepper as desired. Enjoy!
