Kelly's Picante Chicken Soup

Ingredients
5 oz pulled chicken breast1/2 c sweet corn1/2 c chopped zucchini1/2 c chopped squash2 TBL Pace picante sauce1 1/2 cup broth (from cooking the chicken)1 TBL Mrs. Dash garlic & herb seasoning
Directions
Put chicken in slow cooker, add 1TBS Mrs. Dash (garlic & herb) seasoning, cover with water. Cook on low overnight or until chicken pulls apart. Remove chicken & use forks to shred it. Strain broth & store separately. I do this part ahead and can eat off the soup for several days. When I'm preparing the soup, I put 5 ounces of the shredded chicken, 1/4 cup sweet corn, 1/4 cup chopped squash, 1/4 cup chopped zucchini, 2 TBL of picante sauce, and 1 1/2 cup of the broth from cooking the chicken into a small pan. Bring to a boil over medium heat...reduce heat and simmer for about 20 minutes.
