Ingredients
1/2# - 93% lean ground beef1/2 cup onion, chopped1/4 cup green pepper, chopped1 quart canned or frozen tomatoes1/2 cup tomato paste1 15 oz. can Mrs. Grimes Chili Beans in Chili Sauce, No Salt Added
Directions
Brown ground beef, add onion and green pepper the last 3 minutes or so to soften. Stir in tomatoes, tomato paste and chili beans. Simmer for about 25 minutes to blend flavors. The longer this cooks, the better it is. I put it in the crockpot on low and let it simmer all day.
