1/2 c. Oat Bran1/3 c. Flour (whole wheat or spelt)2 scoops Soy Protein Isolate1 tsp Baking powderDash of salt2 eggs4 tsp. Vegetable oil2 Tbsp. Maple Syrup1 c. Almond Milk
Blend dry ingredients and wet ingredients separately. Add wet ingredients to dry and stir until just blended.
Heat griddle on medium heat. Pour batter onto griddle and flip pancakes when bubbles appear.
Makes 12 pancakes, 3" diam.
