581 grams boneless skinless chicken thighs (raw) (this is about 1.25 pound)1/2 cup chopped onion2 cloves garlic2 cups cooked cauliflower (chopped)1 jar (341 ml) VH Butter Chicken cooking sauce1 tsp oil for saute
Directions
saute chicken with onions and garlic. cook until chicken is browned - about 10 or 15 min. add sauce and cauliflower and simmer for 10 min.
Serve with rice or noodles
