HCG P2 Chicken Italian Meatballs

Ingredients
565 grams lean chicken breast, ground6 slices melba toast, ground¼ c. skim milk (you can have 1 Tbs. of milk a day in P2)1 egg1 t. Italian seasoning1 T. dry minced onion½ t. dry garlic powder1 ½ t. dry parsley flakessaltpepper
Directions
Preheat oven to 375. Pour milk over melba toast. Mix together all ingredients. Form 18 meatballs. Bake on a cookie sheet for 20 minutes.

Serving Size: Makes 6 servings, 3 meatballs each (1 protein, 1 starch, 1 milk)
