Ingredients
2 tbsp olive oil2 oz (3 slices) bacon, finely diced2 cloves garlic1 can (49.5oz) chicken broth2 tsp Italian seasoning1 can (28oz) crushed tomatoes10oz fresh spinach
Directions
Heat the olive oil in a Dutch oven over medium heat. Add bacon. Cook until crisp. Add garlic; cook for 1 minute. Add broth and Italian seasoning; bring to a boil and simmer for 5 minutes.

Stir in tomatoes and simmer for 5 minutes. Add spinach; cook until wilted.
