3/4 pound egg noodles1pound salmon filet1 tbls honey.5 tsp black pepper1 tbls olive oil.5 large onion chopped1/3 cup white wine1 tsp dijon mustard3/4 cup milk1 tbls parsley
heat oven to 400 degrees. place salmon on greased pan skin side down cover with honey and black pepper. Roast for 12 min
In medium sauce pan heat oil add onions cook for 5 min. Add wine and simmer for 2 min. Whisk in mustard and milk. Turn off heat add in salmon and parsley.
Cook pasta and mix everything together.
